This kit allows for nearly infinite shim placements to dial in your saddle fit and pressure distribution.

For Western pads, the shims velcro between the top and bottom felt layers.  

For English pads, they slide inside the pad pocket above the squish insert.

All shims are made of 6mm thick F-10 wool. 

Every order comes with 6 shims shaped to your specific pad.
